We met Patrick in September 2022? We were moving my husband to Shreveport for his work, so we were in Longview in passing. (Lived in Houston) We connected early morning and he said he could show us some houses in a couple hours after talking and again the next day. I think we went again a couple of weeks later to see some houses, and when we couldn’t be present, Patrick went out of his way to do a walk through and record a video of the home for us. We saw so many! The communication was phenomenal. We didn’t know him and he didn’t know us, but we became friends with him during and after this entire process. Heck! He’s already sold us our home and he still reaches out to see how we’re doing! He’s very personable, knowledgeable, and direct. We finally purchased our home in February 2023 , Patrick made that happen and we’re so grateful for him.
